Day 9: Transformation of Community - growing shared vision, united action, and collective well-being

Day 10: Breathe For Inclusion – cultivating well-being for all

Day 11: Breathe For Collaboration – working together for greater impact

Day 12: Breathe For Social Justice – using wellness as a vehicle for social change

DAYS 13-16

Day 13: Integration and Renewal - reflection, relaxation and revitalization

Day 14: Breathe For Harmony – experiencing universal connection

Day 15: Breathe For Playfulness – living with lightness and joy

Day 16: Breathe For Inspiration – igniting the fire within

  • 8:30 - 10:00: Morning Yoga Practice
  • 10:00 - 10:15: Break
  • 10:15 - 11:30: B4C’s Transformational Workshop
  • 11:30 - 12:00: Mindfulness & Meditation
  • 12:00 - 1:00: Philosophy
  • 1:00 - 2:00: Lunch
  • 2:00 - 3:00: Anatomy
  • 3:00 - 5:00: Asana (w/ practice teaching)
  • 5:00 - 5:45: Social Emotional Learning (Strategies)
  • 5:45 - 6:15: Mentorship Groups
  • 6:15 - 6:30: Community Closing

Breathe For Change is committed to ensuring that all of our graduates have the tools and support to translate what they learn into action in their personal and professional lives.

Upon completion of our 200-hour training, we support our graduates in championing well-being in their schools by providing:

  • Ongoing wellness tips and strategies
  • Opportunities to join our ChangeMaker program, which provides ongoing coaching, SEL strategies, yoga sequences and playlists, events, and more!
