Day 13: Integration and Renewal - reflection, relaxation and revitalization

- 10:15 - 11:30: B4C’s Transformational Workshop
- 11:30 - 12:00: Mindfulness & Meditation
- 12:00 - 1:00: Philosophy

- 2:00 - 3:00: Anatomy
- 3:00 - 5:00: Asana (w/ practice teaching)

Breathe For Change is committed to ensuring that all of our graduates have the tools and support to translate what they learn into action in their personal and professional lives.
Upon completion of our 200-hour training, we support our graduates in championing well-being in their schools by providing:
- Access to our community on Facebook
- Ongoing wellness tips and strategies
- Opportunities to join our ChangeMaker program, which provides ongoing coaching, SEL strategies, yoga sequences and playlists, events, and more!
